At the Name of Jesus: Hymns and Worship Songs that Celebrate the Person, Mission and Love Jesus Christ is a new CD by Paul Detterman that celebrates Jesus Christ as he is proclaimed by the Apostle Paul in Philippians 2:5-11.  Each of the fifteen tracks presents a fresh interpretation of a hymn, tune or worship song.  Full texts of the hymns are included in the liner notes making this a useful aid for prayer and meditation.

Instrumentation ranges from solo flute to jazz ensemble, acoustic grand piano, pipe organ, and even a full handbell choir on the final track!

As part of our ministry, PFR is now pleased to make this CD available for a donation of only $15.  Every penny of this donation goes directly to support the ministries of PFR, including Wee Kirk, NPWL, support for seminarians and CLP’s, new directions in congregational transformation, and an ongoing mission to mobilize biblical, missional leaders and be a witness to the hope of the gospel to and through the PC(USA).
